Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1 to 4 business days, and delivery usually takes another 5 to 10 days, typically 5 to 8 days depending on your country and region.

Where we ship

We ship internationally, including to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and many other countries. Enter your address at checkout to confirm that we deliver to you.

Shipping costs

Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show updates after the carrier receives your package.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country. Unless shown and paid at checkout, these are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, weather and holidays can extend delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us and we will look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address before you submit your order. We can update an address only before the order ships, so contact us as soon as possible if you need a change. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, email us your order number and photos. We will review each case and work with you toward a solution.
